1. Refund Period
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital products and programs purchased directly from our Site. The refund period begins on the date of purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:

- You have not substantially downloaded or consumed the digital content (viewing more than 50% of course materials does not qualify)
- You are requesting the refund for your own account (non-transferable)
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Coaching sessions or consultations that have already occurred
- Completed group programs or challenges
- Corporate or bulk purchases (which have separate terms)
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Items purchased through third-party resellers (contact the original vendor)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@shiningryjoint.world with:
- Your full name and email address associated with the purchase
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
We will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility.
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
- Your access to digital materials will be revoked
- Note: Credit card processing times vary by bank
6. Coaching Session Cancellations
For scheduled coaching sessions or consultations:
- Cancel 48+ hours before: Full refund or reschedule without penalty
- Cancel 24–48 hours before: 50% refund available
- Cancel less than 24 hours before: No refund (session marked attended)
- No-show: No refund (you may purchase a make-up session)
7. Program Modifications
Once you've begun a multi-week program:
- If the program doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days
- We may offer content modifications or a partial refund
- Full refunds are not available after 50% of content has been accessed
8. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing your purchase:

- We will troubleshoot and attempt to resolve the issue
- If unresolved, we'll offer a full refund or replacement access
9. Multiple Purchases
If you've purchased multiple programs or memberships:
- Each purchase has its own 14-day refund period
- Refunds for each item are processed separately
- Bulk refund requests may require verification
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your credit card company without contacting us first:
- We will treat this as a dispute of our terms
- We may disable your account and access to all materials
- We will contest the chargeback and may pursue recovery of fees
We prefer to resolve issues directly. Contact us before initiating a chargeback.
11. No Guarantees on Results
Refunds are based on product access and satisfaction, not on achieving specific personal results. We do not offer refunds based on:
- Failure to achieve habit formation goals
- Lack of results after using the program
- Changes in personal circumstances or priorities
